Official shake recipe

In a blender:
1 Banana
.5 Cup each Soy/Almond/Coconut milk.
.5 Cup mixed berries
1 scoop protein powder
Tastes really nice!

Had to ixnay the flax seed, made it taste like I was drinking mud.
