Last night, Sarah and I decided to go to the ER to get my arm checked out because the right arm was still giving me some issues. The arm still felt like I had a deep bruise that just wasn't getting any better, so we went to the ER and I ended up getting admitted overnight because I have a blood clot in one of the deeper veins in my arm.
Good news is that it is very treatable with the right medication, bad news is that I am going to have to inject myself twice a day with the medication.
My Doctor is itching to get me out of here this morning so that I can go start my Hell Week of Chemo, so It seems like he is pretty confident that I am going to be just fine which makes me feel a lot better about everything.
I'm just at a point right now where I wish things would just go smooth for a little while. Its getting harder and harder to keep that smile on my face about everything that is going on, but I'm still smiling today!
